The candidate should have an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, NBRC RRT certification, WV licensure, and at least three years of practical RRT experience or related field expertise. Participation in curriculum development is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program; associate degree minimum.
• Current NBRC RRT certification and WV licensure.
• Three years of practical experience as an RRT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learner-focused instruction for lecture, lab and clinical in Martinsburg.
• Integrate real-world experience into coursework and align with industry trends.
• Foster a respectful environment that supports lifelong learning and growth.
• Support a positive institutional culture and teamwork among faculty, students and staff.
• Organize and conduct community engagement activities per class each quarter.
• Maintain accurate attendance records per institutional policies.
• Stay current with instructional tools and technologies and apply them effectively.
