Aufgaben

• Develops and maintains systems to enhance the facility’s reputation for respiratory therapy and interdisciplinary care.
• Oversee departmental operations, ensuring compliance with policies, documentation, and protocols.
• Monitor revenue, productivity, and gross margin; assist in annual budget development.
• Support census development and marketing efforts in coordination with the facility.
• Contribute to professional development of self and staff and maintain licensure.
• Build relationships with therapists, physicians, staff, and referral sources.
• Provide direct patient treatments per clinical procedures and plan.
• Write accurate documentation aligning with billing and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate safe practices and ensure equipment readiness.
