Qualifications

• Oversees departmental operations: policies, documentation, new programs, in-services, communication with administrator.
• Monitors department finances: revenue, productivity, budget planning, staff utilization.
• Contributes to staff development and ongoing education.
• Maintains professional standards and ethical practices; collaborates with care teams.
• Provides patient treatments per clinical procedures; documents progress and outcomes.
• Maintains accurate documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.
