Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program is required.
• Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice.
• Other education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with facility policies, clinical standards, documentation guidelines.
• Monitor department revenue, productivity and gross profit margins.
• Develop census and marketing efforts in coordination with the facility.
• Provide staff development through orientation and ongoing education.
• Maintain interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communications with the care team.
• Ensure safe working practices and proper equipment care and calibration.
