Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a skilled Respiratory Therapist leader for the Respiratory Therapy department. Reports to the Administrator and drives quality care, revenue performance, and patient outcomes.

You will oversee compliance, documentation, and program development, while coordinating with nursing, physicians, and staff to deliver effective respiratory care. Licensure in good standing and rehab experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains systems to enhance facility reputation for Respiratory Therapy.
• Oversees compliance with policies, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor revenue, productivity and gross profit margins for Respiratory Therapy.
• Assist administrator with annual budget and staffing utilization.
• Support census development and marketing efforts with facility.
• Ensure ongoing staff development and orientation programs.
• Maintain professional status, licensure, and ethics.
• Contribute to rehab team conferences and discharge planning.
• Provide safe, effective patient treatments and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and care teams for optimal outcomes.
