Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current license as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains systems to elevate the therapy program.
• Oversee compliance with policies and documentation.
• Improve census development, marketing and relationships.
• Maintain professional licensure and ongoing staff development.
• Provide patient treatments per clinical procedures.
• Document accurately per regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate safe working practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and discharge planners.
• Ensure data quality and use of systems for efficiency.
