Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our night shift team (7pm–7am) in adult care areas. You will deliver high-quality respiratory care and support critical care procedures while ensuring patient safety.

You will perform patient assessments, blood gas analysis, and manage equipment with a focus on education for patients and families. This role requires an AS degree in Respiratory Therapy and state licensing.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required.
• No experience required.
• RRT, BCLS, ACLS required; PALS within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments and respiratory care procedures.
• Blood gas analysis and critical care procedures for adult patients.
• Maintain equipment and provide patient education.

Responsibilities:

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.

Education

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required

Work Experience

• No experience required Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• ACLS Upon Hire Required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 Days Required
