Responsibilities

• Conduct patient respiratory assessments and interpret diagnostic test results.
• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage and monitor ventilators, adjusting support based on patient response.
• Continuously monitor vital parameters and document findings and care delivered.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate treatment plans.
• Record all relevant information in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, therapies, and home care guidance.
