• Provide prescribed medication therapies and respiratory treatments.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and ensure safety of equipment.
• Educate patients on therapy goals, techniques and self-care.
• Collaborate with departments to educate and solve problems.
• Adapt to multiple service areas under policy guidance and maintain performance standards.
• Communicate handoffs clearly and timely to care teams.
• Promote safety and report incidents; participate in corrective actions.
• Teach and precept new teammates and students.
• Provide age-appropriate care and understand growth and development needs.
