Enos Home Oxygen & Medical Supply, Inc. in New Bedford, MA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist or Licensed Practical Nurse for mobile home-based respiratory services, including CPAP, BiPAP and oxygen therapy.

You will travel to patient homes, assess needs, set up equipment, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with referring physicians. The role offers autonomy, meaningful patient impact, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active license required: LPN, RN, or Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).
• Familiarity with CPAP and oxygen therapy strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel and perform home visits.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to patients and/or caregivers on proper use of equipment and respiratory care procedures.
• In home visits on the road with main base office out of New Bedford, MA.
• Educate patients and/or caregivers to ensure equipment is operated and maintained effectively.
• Set up and operate respiratory equipment including oxygen therapy, CPAP, and BiPAP.
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and required documentation.
• Consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, condition, and home environment.
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to respiratory patient care.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Full-Time Annual: $85,000 – $95,000

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs frequently during an 8-hour day
• Ability to stand/walk up to 7 hours during an 8-hour day
• Ability to sit up to 1 hour during an 8-hour day
