Enos Home Oxygen & Medical Supply, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home respiratory services (CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen) across MA. This role emphasizes autonomy, direct patient impact, and care delivered in the home rather than in a hospital setting.

Travel is required with mileage reimbursement; base pay $40–$45 per hour, full-time annual $85k–$95k, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active license required: LPN, RN, or Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).
• Familiarity with CPAP and oxygen therapy strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel and perform home visits.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to patients and/or caregivers on proper use of equipment and respiratory care procedures
• In home visits on the road with main base office out of New Bedford, MA
• Educate patients and/or caregivers to ensure equipment is operated and maintained effectively
• Set up and operate respiratory equipment including oxygen therapy, CPAP, and BiPAP
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and required documentation
• Consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, condition, and home environment
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to respiratory patient care
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs frequently during an 8-hour day
• Ability to stand/walk up to 7 hours during an 8-hour day
• Ability to sit up to 1 hour during an 8-hour day
