Job summary

Everything CPAP, LLC in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a patient-focused DME support specialist to assist clients with PAP devices and therapy options.

You will guide patients through paperwork, billing, and insurance processes while training teammates and maintaining infection-control standards.

This role emphasizes independent problem solving, teamwork across departments, and ongoing learning, with a unique three-day weekend opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintain CRT/RRT/RST/RPSGT credentials with licensing agencies.
• DME experience preferred; retail or customer service helpful.
• PAP therapy knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous instructions to clients on PAP devices and usage.
• Guide patients through paperwork, billing, and co-insurance processes clearly and efficiently.
• Support clients and collaborate across the team to ensure quality service.
• Participate in on-call rotation every six weeks.
• Master PAP devices and accessories and train clients and staff.
