Job summary

Everything CPAP, LLC in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a patient-focused DME support specialist to assist clients with PAP devices and therapy options.

You will guide patients through paperwork, billing, and insurance processes while training teammates and maintaining infection-control standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Maintain CRT/RRT/RST/RPSGT credentials with licensing agencies.
  • DME experience preferred; retail or customer service helpful.
  • PAP therapy knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous instructions to clients on PAP devices and usage.
  • Guide patients through paperwork, billing, and co-insurance processes clearly and efficiently.
  • Support clients and collaborate across the team to ensure quality service.
  • Participate in on-call rotation every six weeks.
  • Master PAP devices and accessories and train clients and staff.

Minimum Position Requirements:

Education: Your foundation is strong with a high school diploma or equivalent. Maintain your credentials in CRT, RRT, RST, or RPSGT, staying connected with licensing agencies.

Experience: Prior DME experience is an advantage, while retail or customer service history enhances your abilities.

Knowledge: PAP therapy is a plus.
