Job summary

Sleep Doctor is seeking a Sleep Therapy Support Specialist to provide remote follow-up, education, and troubleshooting for PAP therapy. You will assist with virtual PAP setups, mask fittings, and resupply planning while maintaining compassionate patient communication.

Ideal candidates are RRTs with 2–3 years of DME experience, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and a willingness to work in a remote, fast-paced team environment. Seattle-based commuter benefits are available.

Qualifications

• RRT with 2–3 years of DME experience.
• Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) strongly preferred; licensed in WA or nearby states.

Responsibilities

• Analyze home sleep test results and communicate findings to customers.
• Conduct virtual machine setups for CPAP and BiPAP devices with patient understanding.
• Titrate CPAP/BiPAP pressure following clinical guidelines.
• Review and monitor patient compliance data from cloud-connected PAP devices.
• Identify therapy issues or non-compliance and troubleshoot with patients.
• Perform virtual mask fittings and provide recommendations to optimize seal and comfort.
