Apploi is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in our skilled nursing and long-term care community in the United States. You will deliver prescribed therapies, monitor residents, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal respiratory status.

Qualificações

• Current CRT or RRT license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered by the physician.
• Assess and monitor resident respiratory status during treatments and rounds.
• Identify changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing and providers.
• Assist with management of oxygen therapy and oxygen equipment.
• Monitor residents utilizing respiratory devices and therapies.
• Perform routing respiratory assessment including breath sounds, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, and treatment effectiveness.
• Recognize early sign of respiratory decline and initiate appropriate communication and intervention.
