Job summary

Kindred Hospital Lima, part of ScionHealth, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide safe, evidence-based respiratory care across the hospital. Qualifications

• Licensure as Respiratory Therapist in the applicable state.
• Current CRT/RRT credential or CMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe respiratory care per physician orders.
• Monitor mechanical ventilation and ABG results and adjust therapy.
• Document all procedures accurately and ensure charge capture.
• Perform airway management and suctioning per protocol.
• Administer medications related to respiratory therapy and educate patients.
