Job summary

Arbors at Marietta is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) to provide clinical respiratory care under management direction at our Marietta facility. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, timely assessment, and collaboration with the care team.

Ideal candidates hold a CRT or RRT license in Ohio, CPR certification, and have at least one year of respiratory therapy experience, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT license held and Ohio license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ventilation support certification preferred (Vent Certified).
• One year of respiratory therapy experience in long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services as scheduled per patient needs.
• Document all respiratory care activities and patient information in medical records.
• Manage and maintain respiratory equipment and supplies in the facility.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, patients and families regarding care and concerns.
• Assess respiratory status, oxygenation, and ventilator needs; monitor patient response to therapy.
