Job summary

Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Smyrna, TN seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join a geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT.
• Licensed in the state of practice; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and implement respiratory techniques for geriatric residents.
• Initiate therapies, maintain records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Provide bedside treatments and complete nursing in-services quarterly.
• Document daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Participate in IDT meetings and ensure protocol adherence.
• Manage airway clearance and suctioning as needed.
