Job summary

Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Nolensville, TN is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our geriatric care team. The RT will evaluate and treat residents independently, perform therapies, document care, and participate in IDT meetings.

We require COARC-accredited degree, RRT or CRT license, and state licensure with BLS certification. Experience with tracheostomy and long-term care is preferred. Schedule includes 4-6 hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday consistently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT.
• Licensed in the state of practice; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques for rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Perform bedside treatments and in-services for nursing staff.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly documentation; participate in IDT meetings.
• Experience with tracheostomy and long-term care settings.
• Follow facility policies; manage caseload and perform related duties.
