Job summary

Kadima at Lakeside in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide pulmonary rehabilitation services, respiratory treatments, assessments, pulmonary function testing, and ongoing management of residents with chronic respiratory conditions.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday daylight hours with collaboration from physicians, nursing, and rehab teams; you will educate staff and residents and ensure CMS compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in PA.
• Experience in LTC, SNF, or pulmonary rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services.
• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident status.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab teams.
