Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group in Pottstown, PA seeks a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The RT will provide pulmonary rehabilitation services, respiratory treatments, assessments, and ongoing management of residents with chronic respiratory conditions.

The role requires a current PA license, and LTC/SNF or pulmonary rehab experience is preferred. Flexible, day-shift hours with Monday–Friday availability and a collaborative, resident-centered care approach are

Responsibilities

• Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services.

• Ensure CMS compliance with facility protocols.
• Accurate documentation and billing per CMS guidelines.
