Kadima at Palmyra is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team, providing pulmonary rehabilitation services, respiratory treatments, assessments, and ongoing management of residents with chronic respiratory conditions.

This day-shift position requires a PA license and prior LTC/SNF or pulmonary rehab experience, with strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in PA.
• Experience in LTC, SNF, or pulmonary rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pulmonary rehabilitation services.
• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor residents.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab teams.
• Educate staff and residents on respiratory care.
• Ensure CMS compliance and facility protocols.
• Document accurately for CMS billing.

Monday – Friday daylight hours

Preferred Experience

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
• Knowledge of pulmonary rehab programs

Qualifications

• Experience in LTC, SNF, or pulmonary rehab preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
