Responsibilities

• Manage and care for patients with respiratory needs, including airway management.

• Monitor and document residents' respiratory status and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on respiratory conditions and care techniques.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
