East Ridge Village is seeking a dedicated and compassionate On Call Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our team. This role offers opportunities to expand skills and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

The On Call RT will manage respiratory needs, provide high-quality care following protocols, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Ongoing training and compassionate, patient-centered care are emphasized.

Formación

• Current and valid RT license in Florida.
• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in respiratory, critical care, or long-term care.
• Excellent clinical skills with a focus on respiratory care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and care for patients with respiratory needs, including airway management.
• Provide high-quality respiratory care to residents, following established protocols and standards.
• Manage and maintain airways, including tracheostomy care.
• Monitor and document residents' respiratory status and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on respiratory conditions and care techniques.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
