Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group in Latrobe, PA is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory treatments, and ongoing management of residents with chronic respiratory conditions.

You will perform pulmonary function testing, collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, educate residents and staff on respiratory care, and ensure CMS compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in PA.
• Experience in LTC, SNF, or pulmonary rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services.
• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident status.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab teams.
• Educate staff and residents on respiratory care.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, medical necessity, and facility protocols.
• Accurate documentation and billing per CMS guidelines.
