Job summary

Care Plus Management is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) at Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL. The RRT provides specialized respiratory care for residents requiring ventilator and tracheostomy support, performs routine procedures, and ensures ventilator management meets standards.

Full-time shifts are 6:00AM–6:00PM and 6:00PM–6:00AM with a $12,000 sign-on bonus. The role requires independent work, strong time management, and strict compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required.
• Active Illinois State Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care, preferably in long-term care.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy for ventilator and tracheostomy patients.
• Perform routine respiratory procedures and ventilator checks.
• Document findings accurately in medical records.
• Respond to emergencies with immediate respiratory support.
