Employment Details

• Type: Full-time
• Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift

Position Purpose

Perform all duties associated with staff Respiratory Therapist.

What You Will Do

• Clinical and general supervision of respiratory therapy and BG Lab operations.
• Serve as the key liaison for the respiratory therapy department when the manager is not present.
• Perform quality audits/data collection via chart reviews, staff interviews, etc.
• Participate in hiring, orientation, and training of department staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care, minimum of a two-year Associate's Degree.
• Current State of MA Respiratory Therapist License.
• Minimum of three (3) years of respiratory care experience and two (2) or more years in critical care, with at least one (1) year in a lead or supervisory role.
• NBRC certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required. Current BLS and NRP (or obtained within 90 days of hire); ACLS recommended.

Position Highlights and Benefits

• 36 hours per week, three 12-hour shifts (7 pm - 7 am), with shift, weekend, and holiday differentials.
