We are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist RRT for night shifts at Endeavor Health, located in Naperville and Plainfield, Illinois.

Position Highlights

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (full-time, NOC, conditions apply)
• Position: RRT
• Location: Naperville (and Plainfield as needed)
• Full-Time
• Hours: 7 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends and holidays

Hourly Pay Range

$33.16 - $49.74, determined by experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CoARC accredited)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or eligible for registration
• Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner license (within 6 months of hire)
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications (within 24 months of employment)

Responsibilities

Provide routine and complex respiratory treatments, perform pulmonary function tests, interpret physician orders, monitor equipment, and record patient data. Assist in departmental procedures and recommend improvements.
