LCMC Health is seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist to join West Jefferson Medical Center on the night shift. You’ll manage ventilators, assist with airway management, and respond to high-acuity events, providing patient-centered care with a focus on safety and communication.
You’ll collaborate with a skilled team, educate patients and families, and uphold infection control standards while delivering a range of therapies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Your job is more than a job Breathe Life Into Care At the heart of every breath is someone like you. You're more than a clinician you're the calm in the storm when someone says, "I can't breathe." You bring skill, precision, and heart to every moment, whether it's managing a ventilator, supporting a code, or simply helping a patient feel safe again. If you believe respiratory care is about treating the whole person, not just the condition, you'll fit right in here.
Because you don't just administer treatments, you transform fear into relief. Because every breath you help restore is a win. Because your compassion matters just as much as your clinical expertise. From a child battling with asthma to a patient navigating COPD, you're there; steady, skilled, and deeply human.
Respiratory distress is overwhelming, but you bring relief. You bring clarity. You bring breath back. And those moments when a patient relaxes, smiles, and finally exhales? That's why you do what you do. And it's why we want you on our team.
