Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Respiratory Therapist on a part-time basis (32 hours) with day shifts at our onsite location at 789 Central Avenue. The role involves clinical assessment, therapeutic respiratory care, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor's preferred), NH license, and BLS. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelor's preferred.
• NH Respiratory Therapist license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory care to critically ill patients with physician collaboration.
• Assess data to determine therapies and adjust plans.
• Educate students, staff, and families; supervise RT students.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and manage equipment.
