Mass General Brigham's Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH seeks a part-time Respiratory Therapist (32 hours weekly, days) to provide clinical assessment and respiratory care for critically ill patients. The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $38.01 to $63.03, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy is preferred.
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
• NH Respiratory Therapist License REQUIRED
• BLS Certification
• RRT preferred
• NALS - NBRC preferred
• Respiratory Care 0-1 year preferred

Responsabilités

• Initiates and assists with respiratory tests and procedures as ordered.
• Responds to respiratory emergencies and safely transports ventilated patients.
• Develops respiratory care plans and makes recommendations to physicians regarding indicated therapies.
• Schedules patient treatments and provides consultation as an active member of the patient care team.
• Manages and administers all aspects of respiratory therapy per policies.
• Participates in bedside rounds and educates students and staff.
