• AdventHealth Winter Park has served residents of Winter Park and surrounding communities for over 50 years.

• Chartered in 1951, the hospital has grown into a 307-bed acute care facility, a model of community health and wellness.

• The hospital has expanded to include an upscale obstetrics and Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at The Dr. P. Phillips Baby Place, cancer care at the AdventHealth Cancer Institute, and state-of-the-art surgery, recovery, and rehabilitation at the AdventHealth Orthopedic Institute.

• Demonstrates AdventHealth Orlando’s service standards through behavior.
• Assesses patients, makes appropriate decisions and interventions based on evaluations, sets patient goals, and develops care plans with the multidisciplinary team. Evaluates diagnostic data, including lab results and monitoring data. Communicates effectively with the team.
• Completes department orientation, airway management certification (campus-specific), critical care training, and Infant/Pediatric Emergency training (campus-specific). Proficient in all applicable procedures.
• Practices standard precautions, enforces safety regulations, and documents procedures accurately to meet quality standards.
