Qualifications

• Associate degree in respiratory care from an accredited program.
• Indiana RCP license required.
• Eligible for NBRC CRT/RRT certification within 18 months of graduation/start date.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience educating patients on home care / home medical equipment.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff, physicians and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and outstanding service with respect.
• Implement conventional ventilation methods and manage respiratory equipment setup, operation, cleaning and storage.
• Assess and evaluate patients with respiratory insufficiencies and adjust plans of care as directed.
