Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Indianapolis. You will partner with physicians and staff to deliver patient-centered care and outstanding service.

Your expertise will support the plan of care, ensure culturally appropriate care, and involve working with patients and families to achieve the best outcomes. You will provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory conditions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT within 12 months of graduation/start date, NBRC eligible.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to evaluate and manage patients with respiratory insufficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered respiratory care and support treatment plans.
• Set up, operate, clean and store respiratory equipment and devices.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to advance patient care.
