Job summary

Community Health Network in Indiana is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to partner with physicians and staff to provide patient-centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect. You will deliver treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, implement ventilation methods, and manage respiratory equipment setup, operation, cleaning and storage.

This role requires an Associate’s Degree in respiratory care, Indiana licensure, NBRC credentials or

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
• Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• NBRC CRT or eligible for NBRC RRT within 18 months of start date.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required once in role.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, physicians and visitors.

Responsibilities

• As part of the respiratory therapist team, partner with physicians and staff to provide patient-centered care and outstanding service.
• Deliver treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
• Implement conventional ventilation methods and manage setup, operation, cleaning and storage of respiratory equipment.
