Job summary

Wickliffe Country Place is hiring a Respiratory Therapist Night Shift Supervisor (CRT/RRT) to lead respiratory care for residents. You'll develop individualized therapy plans, administer treatments, monitor responses, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe discharge and ongoing patient support.

The role requires CRT or RRT, NBRC accreditation, Ohio license and BLS, plus 1+ year in long-term care with ventilator experience preferred.

Qualifications

• NBRC-accredited program completion is required.
• CRT or RRT certification required.
• Ohio license and BLS certification required.
• 1+ year experience in long-term care; ventilator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy plans.
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators and manage therapeutic gas systems.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed.
• Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid Ohio license and BLS certification
• 1+ year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred)
