Job summary

Parkside Villa in Middleburg Heights, OH is hiring a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to provide compassionate care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will develop and implement treatment plans, operate ventilators, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Full-time, part-time and PRN roles with 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NBRC-accredited program.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Valid Ohio license and Basic Life Support certification.
• At least 1 year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans.
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed.
• Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises.
• Collaborate on discharge planning with physicians, nurses, and social workers.

Are you passionate about helping people breathe easier and live better? We’re looking for a skilled and caring Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide respiratory care to residents in our skilled nursing facilities, following clinical guidelines and working closely with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality treatment.

Full Time, Part time and PRN positions available 12 Hr shifts and every other weekend
