Job summary

Legacy Health Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to provide respiratory care in our skilled nursing facilities, following clinical guidelines and working with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality treatment.

The ideal candidate holds an NBRC-accredited credential, CRT or RRT, an Ohio license with BLS, and has at least one year of experience, with long-term care and ventilator experience preferred. Flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program.
• CRT or RRT certification.
• Valid Ohio license and Basic Life Support certification.
• At least 1 year of experience; long-term care and ventilator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans.
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed.
• Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises.
• Collaborate on discharge planning with physicians, nurses, and social workers.
