Job summary

Lincoln Crawford Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist for the Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Ohio license (CRT or RRT) and BLS CPR are required; ACLS is a plus. New grads welcome with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT) in Ohio.
• Current BLS certification (CPR) required; ACLS preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or hospital respiratory care preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and provide individualized therapy per physician orders/care plans.
• Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and ventilator management as needed.
• Document respiratory interventions, progress notes, and equipment use accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to changes in residents’ respiratory status and coordinate care with nurses and physicians.
• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper function of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and health practices.

About the Role:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll work closely with our nursing and clinical staff to assess, treat, and manage residents’ respiratory conditions. You’ll play a vital role in helping our residents achieve optimal breathing function, recovery, and comfort in a caring, resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory assessments and provide individualized therapy in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
