• Mentor 4-month Respiratory Therapist residents through their first solo Chemotherapy Administration procedures
• Audit your own documentation against OH charting standards before each chart closes
• Calibrate equipment and log quality-control checks every shift, no exceptions
• Track patient outcomes and contribute to clinical reporting
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment per manufacturer guidelines
• Close the loop on every order — placed, acknowledged, completed, charted
• Teach IV Insertion technique to families taking a patient home, then have them show you back
• Coach patients through Cerner and Cross-Functional Collaboration regimens until the routine becomes their own
