Job summary

Performance Home Medical is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our team for home and clinical visits in Washington. You will educate patients and caregivers, set up and troubleshoot CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, and related devices, and provide follow-up care.

The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with occasional on-call rotations, a competitive benefits package, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team.

Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license (Oregon license a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Educate, support, and empower patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies and equipment.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on medical devices including CPAP/BiPAP, home ventilators, and airway clearance devices.
• Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records.
