Job Details – Job Location: Kent, WA 98032. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000/year. Job Category: Health Care.

Performance Home Medical is dedicated to enhancing lives through respiratory and sleep therapy solutions. Our concierge-level care ensures every patient receives the support needed to breathe and sleep with comfort and confidence.

We operate 24 branches across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Texas, and are excited to offer a Clinical Manager position.

Position Summary

Hires, trains, manages, and inspects clinical respiratory staff schedules, performance, and policy adherence. Communicates changes, clarifications, and new information related to job performance to clinical staff. Performs respiratory care services as needed in an efficient and timely manner as outlined in department policy. Monitors quality indicators for clinical staff on a monthly basis, responding to performance below standards with an action plan to support improvement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the clinical staff and policies.
  • Know and enforce current company policies and procedures related to duties and maintain clinical and regulatory standards of PHM clinical services.
  • Monitor patient equipment setups, initial and routine follow-ups of clinical staff in service locations for consistency of standards.
  • Oversee and co‑manage clinical staff at PHM locations. Inspect locations for proper stock levels, equipment and supplies storage, cleaning areas, log records, use of current paperwork, and routinely review current standards and any new policies or policy changes with clinical staff.
  • Direct clinical staff meetings, provide agenda, and bring resources for ongoing clinical education.
  • Check and respond to voice messages at beginning, middle, and end of shift.
  • Work with clinical and sales staff to provide in‑services to referral sources as well as staff and patient families.
  • Participate in PHM clinical staff competency assessments.
  • Perform any other specific duties/tasks as assigned by leadership team.
Team Member Reporting
  • Report daily absences.
  • Train to ensure Team Members’ success with their assigned duties.
  • Listen to Team Members’ suggestions and concerns regarding their position.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Model and maintain department focus on clinical outcomes and standards.
  • Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service.
Qualifications
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required with a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field or a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Three to five years of proven leadership experience managing teams within a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer, SharePoint).
  • Credentials (NBR, CRTT, or RRT), current state licensure(s) in Respiratory Care, and residing state’s current driver’s license.
  • Traveling as needed within region/territory; reliable means of transportation; meet Motor Vehicle policy requirements.
