Position includes sign-on bonus of $15,000, relocation assistance for out-of-state candidates, and a 36-hour weekly schedule (3x12-hour nights) with overtime potential; full-time nights, non-exempt. The role collaborates with cardiopulmonary teams and handles ventilators, ABGs, and PFTs.

Qualifications

• State RCP license required.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments (oxygen, aerosol, airway management).
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems.
• Perform pulmonary diagnostics (ABGs, PFTs).
• Implement patient-specific respiratory care plans.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Respond to code blue and rapid response events.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
• May serve as Lead RCP during assigned shifts.

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred

NBRC Certification

ACLS within 60 days

PALS within 60 days

NRP preferred
