Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide inpatient and outpatient care across neonatal to geriatric patients. Requirements include an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy, current Louisiana licensure, NBRC credentialing, and CPR/ACLS as applicable; NICU or Pediatric experience is highly preferred, new grads welcome.

You will administer respiratory care under physician direction, collaborate with the care team, and participate in high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Current Louisiana licensure and NBRC credentialing required.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist certification required.
• NICU or Pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsabilités

• Administers respiratory care and life support under physician direction.
• Leads respiratory care treatments and diagnostics from neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Provides complex therapy for life support and ICU patients with independent judgment.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to tailor patient care plans.
• Operates under supervision of department director and medical director.
• Performs other duties as assigned per department policies.
