Job summary

Qualifications

• AAS in Respiratory Care from an AMA approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC and SC licensure.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosis, treatment, and management of pulmonary disorders.
• Collect and analyze sputum, blood, and breath specimens for gas levels.
• Measure lung capacity to assess impairment and monitor function.
• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and oversee technicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and supervise respiratory therapy staff.
