Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUHA) seeks a Respiratory Therapist to assist in diagnosing, treating, and managing pediatric pulmonary conditions. You will collect sputum, blood, and breath samples and measure lung capacity to assess function.

You will administer prescribed therapies and oversee respiratory therapy technicians. Requirements include an AAS in Respiratory Care, NBRC RRT/CRT licensure, and current BLS certification; 0–2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• AAS in Respiratory Care from an AMA approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC licensure as RRT or CRT; SC Board licensure preferred.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities
