Greenbriar Care Community is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for residents with respiratory disorders. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and a safe, healthy environment.

The role includes administrative, clinical, and training duties, with emphasis on program development, policy implementation, and staff guidance to maintain licensure and standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in this state.
• Must be able to understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s respiratory therapy and its programs in line with current nursing care guidelines.
• Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff to plan therapy services.
• Represent the Facility at meetings and participate as directed.
• Maintain respiratory therapy standards of practice and help standardize methods.
