Qualifications

• Requires RCP license in Indiana.
• Graduation from a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program.
• NBRC registry exam within 6 months of hire; RRT if hire date within 1 year of graduation.
• Healthcare Provider Certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle confidential patient information.
• Basic computer skills and experience with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document comprehensive respiratory care therapies.
• Collaborate with nurses, advanced RTs and clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Advise medical staff on appropriate respiratory modalities and treatment plans.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and departmental advancement.
