Job summary

A leading healthcare system in Indianapolis is seeking an Advanced Respiratory Therapist to join its team. This part-time role offers night shifts with a bonus of up to $22,500 for eligible candidates. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Respiratory Care.

About This Position

• Part Time (Benefit Eligible), 30 hours per week, Night Shift
• Night Shift Pay Differential included
• Weekend Requirement of Every 4th Weekend
• New Hire Bonus of up to $22,500 available to Eligible Candidates
• Relocation Bonus of up to $10,000 available to Eligible Candidates based on their location
• Participate in bedside rounds & be a patient advocate
• Location: Riley Hospital for Children
• This position exists to support the department by being the exemplar resource in abilities, ownership, and maintaining the standards of service for their team members and other colleagues needing guidance in the area of Respiratory Care.

Requirements

• Requires current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the state of Indiana.
• Requires graduation from a CoARC (Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) and regionally accredited respiratory care program.
• Requires RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential by the NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care).
• Requires Healthcare Provider certification in BLS.
• Requires ACLS; PALS; and/or NRP certification according to your area of specialty. Must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Requires 2 years minimum experience in Respiratory Care.
