Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory program with at least an associate degree.
• Current Oklahoma RCP license or Provisional Letter.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required and maintained.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• SECURE training within six months of hire; NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and deliver evidence-based respiratory care.
• Document patient status and care provided.
• Administer oxygen, aerosol and humidity therapies, chest physiotherapy, suctioning, and airway management.
• Provide ventilatory support for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
• Adhere to medication administration rights and use two patient identifiers.
